Tiger Town Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym. Our facility is open to serve Clemson and the surrounding areas by providing beneficial health/wellness fitness classes.
Investing in the local community is a precedent that we have set for ourselves.
Growing individuals into confident, strong and capable athletes is what we strives for. We believe everyone has the capacity to obtain optimal wellness and fitness through high intensity functional movements. Growth occurs when individuals choose to become proactive, educated athletes.
Educating the public about Functional Movements and the plethora of benefits that derive from wellness is integral to creating a fit-minded community. Once educated, fitness becomes a choice on the part of all individuals. Choosing fitness is choosing to respect one's potential.
Respecting the training, coaches and fellow athletes creates a facility where a collective integrity is shared. Workouts are not merely a way to create stronger bodies and minds; they facilitate an opportunity to work through our weaknesses and capitalize on our strengths.
Universal Scalability
Our programming is 100% scalable. All our movements can be modify at anytime to accommodate any person.
Weight Training
We train and coach lifting form and techniques from the Squat to the Olympic lifts such as the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.
Metcon
This describes our workouts which combines strength and cardio conditioning, as well as both anaerobic and aerobic exercises
Body Weight Gymnastics
Along with our weight training, we focus and incorporate body weight gymnastics. This can your push up or burpees to even running.
Rowers, Air Bikes, Ski and C2 Bikes
We incorporate different types of machine work into our workouts to produce different intensities and work domains.
